My Story
I was brought up on the family Farm in the heart of the Wiltshire Countryside. After University I qualified as a Rural Chartered Surveyor, but I always felt like something was missing. As much as I loved my work I didn't ever really feel that sense of fulfilment and passion.​
After years of pushing through high workloads, unrealistic expectations and the daily grind of a toxic workplace, I found myself completely burnt out. I was constantly fatigued, mentally drained and disconnected from the life I actually wanted to be living.
That experience became THE turning point.
What started as a personal journey to feel better and regain control of my life, became a deep passion for helping others to do the same.
I have a Level 5 Diploma in Health & Wellness Coaching and am registered with the UK and International Health Coaching Association. (UKIHCA). I also hold Certificates in Life Coaching and Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

I am fascinated by the way in which lifestyle can affect both our minds and our bodies. It has the capability to harm but also the power to heal.
​
I do not believe in a one system approach, each of us is unique and therefore we require an individualised perspective. My work involves helping people to make small, realistic and consistent changes to the way they live and think in order to make sure they are living their best lives. I also equip my Clients with self-coaching tools that they can take away with them to use should they be needed.

Outside of work, you'll find me playing tennis, cycling, horse riding and socialising with friends and family.

My coaching is rooted in empathy, empowerment and a strong belief that you don't have to hustle harder to be healthy or happy. In fact the most powerful transformations often come from slowing down and reconnecting with yourself.
